Project Description
George Yuan moved to Vail in 1998 from Los Angeles CA, originally born in China. He and a partner opened Nozawa Vail in 2002 Located inside the Holiday Inn in West Vail. He expanded into the Chapel Square in Avon in 2007. The newest location in Eagle opened in January of 2015 it is Co-Owned and managed by James Li. He worked at the Avon restaurant as Sushi Chef until the opening of the Eagle restaurant. Jimmy came to the Vail Valley from Houston TX but is originally from Shanghai.
